Hi, I’m Emma, A fully licensed Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and founder of 'Empower Counselling: Empowering You'. Delivering online or in-person counselling that is tailored specifically to you.

Person centred therapy is at the core of my practice; every session is unique to you and drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques.

Our work together will leave you feeling stronger and more resilient whilst empowering you to discover yourself and make the positive changes you desire.

~ In Person Counselling~ I offer face to face counselling from my rooms based in Medway, Kent. I will welcome you in to a warm, safe and confidential space. My location also offers ample free parking, disability access and local public transport links.

~Online Counselling~  Whether you are juggling a busy life, relocating areas or you just prefer the comfort of your own home… online counselling could be for you! I will welcome you in to my secure, online counselling room. You can meet me in a space that's convenient for you whilst eliminating any travel time or expense.

~Session Information~
Individual sessions are 50 minutes. I offer long or short-term therapy with flexibility to suit your schedule and your budget. Evening and weekend appointments also available.
