About me

Hello, I’m Emma, a Psychotherapist accredited with the BABCP. 

I have developed my interest and career in mental health for over 15 years, working in local authority settings, community mental health teams, child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), and most recently in the NHS as a Psychotherapist. 

I work with individuals who are experiencing psychological distress as a result of PTSD, trauma and adversity, I also treat anxiety, overthinking and worry, low mood and depression.

MindKey Therapy is a Psychotherapy service utilising a range of NICE recommended, evidence-based psychological interventions including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Trauma-Focussed CBT, Narrative Exposure Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy).
