About me

I am a qualified integrative counsellor offering one-to-one therapy to adults in a confidential, compassionate and supportive setting. I believe that counselling is not about being “fixed”, but about being understood. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure why they feel the way they do, and my role is to help you gently explore this in a way that feels safe and contained.

My integrative approach allows me to tailor therapy to you as an individual. I draw primarily on person-centred therapy, valuing authenticity, empathy and the therapeutic relationship, alongside psychodynamic ideas, which explore how early experiences and relationships can influence current patterns, emotions and behaviours. This can help increase self-awareness, make sense of recurring difficulties, and create space for change.

I offer counselling for a range of issues, including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship and attachment difficulties, emotional regulation, identity, and life transitions. I work at your pace and with what feels most important to you, whether that involves exploring the past, focusing on present challenges, or building healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

I am committed to working ethically and reflectively, and I engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure safe and effective practice.

Online and In-Person sessions available.
