About me

I am a qualified and accredited psychotherapist, working in Fulham as well as online. Starting therapy can feel a bit daunting, and it is natural to wonder if it’s right for you. You may feel anxious, frustrated, or stuck, or be struggling with family, relationships, or work issues. I offer a warm, safe and confidential space where you can explore what’s happening in your life at your own pace. My approach is relational, collaborative and flexible, and together we will explore the inner obstacles that may be preventing you from making a life that feels more fulfilling and meaningful.

I specialise in supporting people through life's challenges, working with relationships and family breakdown. I have a particular interest and experience in working with Complex PTSD, developmental trauma and boarding school experiences. I am interested in how early relationships and experiences continue to impact how one feels and relates to others today.

My approach is Transpersonal and Integrative, which means that I draw on different therapeutic perspectives and recognise the connection between mind, body and soul. If you are considering starting therapy, please get in touch to arrange a short call to see whether we may be a good fit.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist.

I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE), completing a four-year Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Level 7).

Previously, I have worked in education, focusing on neurodiversity and learning differences.

I have had additional training and experience working with domestic violence and trauma. I am IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed, and I have experience working with boarding school survivors.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
