About me

Do you ever get the chance to feel truly heard, to talk freely about anything, without being judged; to feel listened-to with genuine empathy? This is how therapy would be; together we can 'go on your journey' of what life feels like for you. Helping you to help yourself. I aim to provide you with the space and acceptance that you feel able to share your story. I have worked as a counsellor in an NHS GP practice and am currently in private practice. I am a pluralistic counsellor working in a person-centred way. I like to create a warm, safe and nurturing environment where you feel able to share your thoughts and feelings without judgement.

I listen with curiosity and my therapeutic approach is rooted in genuine empathy allowing people to feel heard and validated.

I work with issues such as: anxiety, bereavement, bullying, depression, loneliness, low self-esteem, relationship and family difficulties and stress. I work with adults, 18 years and above.
