I provide psychotherapy in a safe, confidential, empathetic and non-judgmental environment. I am DBS checked and I am registered with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP). I have worked therapeutically for nearly 20 years with adults and young people in a variety of private and NHS settings.
I have completed various psychological trainings in different fields, including a certificate in Gestalt counselling, a diploma in integrative arts and education, a foundation course in systemic therapy, accredited diploma in CBT and an accredited qualification in Interpersonal Psychotherapy and EMDR before qualifying as an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I work with anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, bullying, bereavement/loss and any issues relating to childhood.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have an Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy , PGDip Interpersonal Therapy, EMDR, CBT (accredited), PGDip Integrative Arts Psychotherapy, EMDR for trauma and PTSD. I also work with families/ couples and issues relating to relationships as I have had some systemic training to become a systemic practitioner.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
