About me

Do you feel like: your mind is constantly racing with anxious thoughts, do you replay conversations, and feel like you just can't relax? Or perhaps you feel exhausted, disconnected and like you're just trying to keep it all together. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.

Many people come to sessions feeling this way. Sessions with me are rooted in compassion, curiosity and are a collaboration. I will work with you towards the change you'd like to see. The combination of talking therapy and art therapy, for which no experience of art-making is necessary, can support you in creating lasting change.

For many years, I have supported adults by using talking therapy tools alongside art-making to bring about the change that they are looking for. I can offer support if you are at a cross-roads or struggling with things like: brain fog, anxiety, low mood, ADHD, or relationship issues. We can add tools to your toolbox to better manage life's up's and downs.

Training, qualifications & experience

With over 5 years of experience, I use my integrative approach to tailor sessions to what you need. This may include creative methods, such as image-making, or exploring dreams. There is no one-size-fits-all, yet at the heart of all I do, is a warm, welcoming and grounded approach in which we can work together to make sense of your thoughts and feelings and perhaps discover a fresh perspective.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues, such as: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, and trauma.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
