About me
How do you support yourself through life’s challenges? When you feel lost, trapped, overwhelmed, and out of balance? I want you to know that you don’t have to be alone.
I envision myself as your companion on your journey – at times I can symbolically hold a torch for you shining light on the lost path, at times I can hold a mirror reflecting your unique situation, other times my unbiased ears and open heart is all you need. I believe that only you know what is best for you, and I can help you bringing clarity, strengthening your resources and valuing your uniqueness. I aim to provide a confidential space where you can freely express yourself without any fear of being judged and at your own pace. My hope is that you will feel more confident in moving forward.
I use elements of Person Centred, Gestalt and Existential approaches in my sessions, including a variety of creative methods if needed to find means of expression.
Counselling enhanced my life and led me to where I am today. I am passionate about helping you build the life that you want.
I invite you to take the first step and get support. Contact me for a free initial 20-minute session, where we can explore how counselling can support you and how we can collaboratively create a personalized therapy approach that suits you best.
I am offering face to face counselling in Brighton and Eastbourne - outdoors - and online.
Training, qualifications & experience
My qualifications
As a qualified Humanistic Creative Counsellor, I have received training in various therapeutic modalities which I combine and tailor to meet your unique needs.
- I have experience in supporting people from various backgrounds and cultures to understand themselves and make positive changes in their lives. I work in English, Italian and Spanish.
- I currently work part-time at Sara Lee Trust, providing counselling to individuals facing the challenges of a cancer diagnosis or other life-threatening health conditions.
- I’m also offering an Eco-therapy programme in woodland settings providing a unique therapeutic experience in nature for people with a cancer diagnosis.
- Diploma in Humanistic Creative Counselling from Dunamis Therapy College.
- Level 1&2 Person-Centred Counselling Training
- For years I worked in the corporate world as product manager in consultancy and fashion industry, but I wasn’t happy. All I wanted instead was to dedicate my life to help people in a direct way, so I went back to study.
With training in various approaches to therapy, diverse work and life experiences, I believe I create an open and flexible therapeutic space where I meet each person as a unique individual, fostering a therapeutic relationship that is both collaborative and deeply attuned.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Eco-Therapy - outdoors session:
I offer ‘Walk and Talk’ sessions, in all weather, taking therapy outdoors while walking.
While we can nourish ourselves through a simple walk, if we can use nature as our teacher there is the opportunity for so much more. I like to use natural elements as part of our sessions to help you to make sense of yourself as individual and as a part of an extended life.
