About me
Hi, I'm Zinzi and I am a qualified integrative therapist. I am down to earth, warm and non judgemental. I feel really passionately that everyone deserves a space to be seen and heard. I tailor my sessions to you as an individual and provide a compassionate and supportive space, where empathy, respect, and working collaboratively will be at the forefront of our work together. As an experienced holistic wellbeing practitioner, I can offer you a wide range of therapeutic tools to support you with what ever is going on for you in this moment.
Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, or if you are feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed, therapy can give you a safe, supportive and confidential space to explore whatever it is that you are dealing with in this moment of your life.
Alongside working as a counsellor, I am also a Yoga teacher and massage therapist, and I draw upon various therapeutic approaches, tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs. My approach is holistic, meaning I work with the whole self, including the nervous system, and somatic work which plays a crucial role in how we experience and respond to life’s challenges. I specialise in working with those who have experienced trauma, whether this is past or present.
I offer sessions in a variety of settings, including my home in Croydon, online, or at Aether space London in rented rooms right next to Streatham Common station ensuring that you have a choice in how and where you receive your support.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
