About me

Are you are here because you have important things to discuss but nowhere to express them? Does being you feel difficult? Do you long for connection but struggle with being in contact? Perhaps anxiety is taking the pleasure out of life? Does life feel overwhelming just now?  Some of the issues I have supported clients explore include anxiety and panic, depression, loss, low self-esteem, life transitions and complex trauma, in particular domestic abuse. I am especially interested in complex and developmental trauma, and I have significant experience with survivors of abuse and neglect

My approach to therapy primarily involves Transactional Analysis, combined with elements from various modalities. I believe in being curious about the discomforts of now, understanding how past experiences shaped your coping strategies, and working together to update these strategies to suit your present circumstances and reduce your anxieties.

As your therapist, my goal for our sessions is for you to improve your relationship with yourself and others. By talking about today and the influence of your past we can change your story positively. Contact me to begin creating a better future.

Training, qualifications & experience

Experience and Focus:

In my private practice, I approach therapy with a warm and curious approach, working relationally with my clients. I believe you know yourself best, and I see myself as a co-pilot in your journey to self-awareness and healing.

My expertise lies in helping people navigate the different seasons of their lives and their ever-changing self-identity. This includes:

Relationship with Self: Exploring self-awareness, self-love, and self-identity, fostering a deeper connection with oneself. Understanding the causes of low self-confidence and self-esteem.

Navigating Life Changes: Supporting you through transitions, whether they're in your personal life, relationships, or career.

Anxiety and Stress: Providing a safe space to explore feelings of anxiety, stress and social anxiety, helping you build resilience and find balance. Understanding perfectionism.

Depression: Offering guidance and support for those dealing with depression, helping you rediscover joy and purpose.

Trauma: Working with you to heal past trauma, creating a path towards recovery and empowerment.

Neurodiversity: Helping you understand your neurodiverse traits whether from ADHD or Autism and how you move through the world.

My approach integrates Transactional Analysis and relational work, enabling a tailored therapy experience that aligns with your unique needs and goals. If you're ready to embark on a journey towards a more fulfilled and self-aware life, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way.
