About me
I am a qualified HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental, creative space where you can explore feelings, experiences, and questions that may be difficult to put into words.
In art therapy, you do not need to be good at art. You may choose to create images, explore different ranges of art materials, talk, reflect, or move between these at your own pace. Artwork you make will not be judged or interpreted in a fixed way; instead, we use it as a way to notice, explore, and understand what may be emerging for you.
My practice is relational, trauma-informed, and attentive to safety. I work around children with special needs, adolescence, young people, women, and older adults around themes such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, cross-cultural and immigration issues, identity, relationships, trauma, grief, bereavement, and loss.
I offer both online and in-person individual sessions, as well as group or organisational workshops. I receive regular clinical supervision, hold professional indemnity insurance, and work within professional ethical standards.
If you are unsure whether art therapy is right for you, a 15-minute free initial consultation (can be arranged upon request via email communications) can be a gentle way to ask questions and consider what support might feel helpful.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
