About us
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, with many years of experience working within the NHS, charity sector and private practice.
In my private practice, I can offer short and long term therapy, depending on your needs. I am trained in a number of models of therapy and can integrate these to tailor the work for you.
I will provide you with a safe, confidential space in which we can address any difficulties you are experiencing and help you build self-understanding. We can examine your past experiences, present life circumstances, and determine your future hopes as a way of moving forward to create positive change in your life. I am trained to work with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions and relationship difficulties.
I have extensive experience of providing therapy for people facing a bereavement or physical health conditions such as cancer and neurological conditions (eg. stroke, MS, migraines). I also specialise in supporting people with ADHD.
You are very welcome contact me if you would like to discuss therapy or have any questions. I offer a free initial phone call.
