About me

Do you want to feel valued and heard ? Are you struggling with life challenges at this time ?

Hi, I'm Donna, I'm a qualified Intergrative  counsellor  .  I can provide a safe place  to support you find what you are looking for , whether your struggling with grief and loss, Anxiety, family difficulties  or substance use   my aim is  to make you feel heard in a peaceful and  non judgmental environment.

My interests include the outdoors and animals and I have incorporated these into the setting for my therapy room which is set in the beautiful West Dorset countryside. I use the peace and tranquillity of the countryside and my animals to create a relaxed and peaceful environment which I hope helps to enhance the counselling process. I have 13 years of experience in the treatment services working with substance misuse and complex lives and a range of  experience working with Anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, menopause and life challenges. My hope is that  that with a non judgemental approach and the power of a trusting relationship combined with the core conditions of person centred therapy I am able to provide my clients with the tools needed to make positive change and growth where they wish to do so. I really look forward to hearing from you.
