Digna Patel MBACP - Lotus Blossom Counselling
Are you tired of not feeling good enough?
Have you had enough with the non-stop self-doubt, indecision and fear?
Comparing yourself to others whilst scrolling through social media or people you know leaves you feeling unhappy and less than.
Hello, I’m Digna from Lotus Blossom Counselling.
I feel so motivated and passionate about supporting others. We all face challenges in life and at times need support to get back on track again. I believe counselling is one of those tools that can provide support to others when they are feeling sad, lost or low. Whether you need someone to really hear and accept you or you need support, tools and awareness to get through a difficult period in your life counselling can help.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor this means that I use a range of varying therapeutic approaches to support you and your needs. As well as my counselling training and experience I also draw on my own personal experiences and lessons that I've learnt along the way.
I specialise in confidence & self-esteem, abuse and anxiety issues.
You might avoid people and miss out on opportunities because you are afraid of what could go wrong and that you’ll be embarrassed. Perhaps these difficulties affect your relationships. You may find yourself in trapped suffocating relationships where you feel controlled.
Counselling can make sense of difficulties
I will provide you with emotional support by offering you a warm, empathic, confidential and non-judgemental space. By offering you a different perspective it can allow you to see problems and issues in a way that you may not have noticed before. In this space you can start to gain awareness and acceptance from which healing and change can begin.
I offer a free no-obligation chat over the phone (usually lasts around 15-20 minutes) and we can talk about how I can support you.
