About me
I provide therapy sessions online or outdoors. I can offer flexible options, ie, single session therapy or a time-limited series of sessions.
I'm a Psychotherapist with a broad professional background, including forensic work and am trained to use a range of approaches to support you,.
My experience will enable me to adapt how I work to best suit your needs.
I will help you to develop a deeper sense of yourself so that you can better understand how your past affects your current circumstances. You will learn how to tune into yourself, know your triggers and the functions of why you do what you do. Most importantly, we will develop healthy strategies together which will support you to make the changes that will transform how you live your life.
