About me

I'm a Psychotherapist with a broad professional background, including forensic work and am trained to use a range of approaches to support you.

I mainly offer time-limited packages of therapeutic coaching using a wide range of modalities and approaches to work with your mind, body and soul.    

I do offer a small number of ongoing therapy sessions if this is your preference.

I work in forensic therapy a great deal and most of my substantive career has been working in the criminal justice system.

I am a former probation officer and a registered social worker.

My core therapy training is in psychodynamic psychotherapy from the Tavistock Clinic.  I have also completed the CPCAB Level 5 award in counselling psychotherapy.  

I have experience in working with CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person Centred Counselling and I am trained to use Compassion Focused Therapy.  Additionally I have training in Outdoor Therapy.
