About me
As a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, I work with each person as a unique individual, drawing on a range of therapeutic models rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Curiosity, compassion, and genuine presence sit at the heart of my work. I believe that the steady, supportive relationship we build together in therapy gives the foundation for exploration, insight, healing and meaningful change.
Some of the things we can explore together:
- Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
- Loss, grief, and life transitions
- Attachment and relationship patterns
- Trauma and the impact of past experiences
- Identity and sexuality
- Self-worth, self-understanding and neurodiversity
- Estrangement and disconnection
My focus is on creating a relational and caring space for you to pause, reflect and explore things at a pace that feels manageable.
Starting therapy can sometimes feel like a big or daunting step. Taking time to research and read profiles is already a really meaningful start. If what you've read resonates, you’re welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation (free of charge), where we can explore whether working together feels right for you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I work from a small, private therapy space in Uphill Lincoln, with free parking on site and a bus stop close by too.
I also offer online sessions for clients anywhere in the UK.
Appointments are available during daytimes, evenings and weekends, subject to current availability.
I offer a free 20-minute online or telephone consultation, so you can get a sense of me and my approach, and decide whether therapy with me feels right for you.
This is a chance to briefly outline what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions and see how we might work together. If you choose to begin therapy, we will then arrange your first paid session.
Sessions are 50 minutes long, and weekly or fortnightly sessions are advised, as a regular rhythm helps build momentum and trust in our work together.
