Initial consultation is charged at a reduced price of £20, for all new clients.
Sometimes, in life, we experience periods when things just don't seem to flow the way we hope, leading to feelings of anxiety, loneliness and depression. We may feel that things are unlikely to improve any time soon which can bring a sense of fear and being out of control. It is at times such as these that talking to someone may help improve our situation.
I am an independent private practitioner, based in the local area of Winton, in Bournemouth and I offer a warm, comfortable and friendly environment in which you can explore the thoughts and feelings associated with these difficult periods, with me, on a one to one basis.
