About me
I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor and therapist, and my aim is to offer you a safe, non-judgmental space where you can open up and explore whatever's on your mind— your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. While I mostly work online, if you're local to the Horsham area in West Sussex, we can also meet face-to-face.
I’m not here to tell you what to do; instead, we’ll work together to help you find healthier ways of coping, build your self-awareness, and uncover any patterns that might be holding you back. We’ll take a deep dive into your experiences, whether it's about your past, current stressors, or relationship challenges. Together, we’ll work towards empowering you to make meaningful changes and feel better mentally in the present.
I work with adults - individuals and couples. I offer a 30-minute free, no-obligation consultation so we can make sure I'm the right therapist for you. I believe this is an extremely important step in the process as therapy is an investment in you and your relationships.
Call me, email me, or find out more on my website.
