About me
I support clients with life's unspoken pressures, expectations and relational difficulties. I work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, loss, low mood, overwhelm, disconnection, burnout, or a sense of misalignment between who they are and what is expected of them.
You may be grappling with a specific issue, feeling low, anxious or emotionally stuck; perhaps sensing that something deeper needs attention, including help with unprocessed experiences that are having a lasting impact on you. I offer a commitment to work at your pace. You don’t have to figure it out alone; and you don’t have to keep pushing through. I offer a confidential, gentle and reflective space in which you can foster insight and resilience through curiosity and compassion.
My therapeutic approach is relational and integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic ideas to meet you as an individual. I believe that meaningful change can happen through being heard, understood and accepted within a safe setting.
Supporting clients through life transitions is a focus of my practice. These changes may be planned, like career shifts, or be unexpected, such as bereavement, ill health or relationship breakdowns. These life chapters often bring feelings of uncertainty and quiet grief that are seldom acknowledged, although they can also offer opportunities for reflection, healing, and personal growth.
I am particularly passionate about working with women who are navigating the transitions and pressures of midlife. Whether facing the intensity of changes in caring responsibilities, the physical and emotional changes of perimenopause and menopause, or a broader sense of life evaluation, I offer a supportive space to pause and reflect. My aim is for clients to feel seen, understood, and empowered to live their lives with confidence and compassion.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
