About me
Feeling Stuck, Overwhelmed, or Lost? You Don’t Have to Face It Alone. I can help.
If your life feels overwhelming, like a cluttered desk full of disorganised papers, I’m here to help you make sense of it all. Your thoughts, feelings, and emotions may feel scattered and all over the place but together, we can sort through them, piece by piece.
Think of the counselling process like going through those papers, organising them and putting them back in the filing cabinet in order. This process will bring you clarity, help you understand your past, and guide you forward with purpose.
Whether you are struggling with stress, career decisions, relationship issues, loneliness, anxiety, burnout - or just feeling lost or stuck - I will work with you at your pace and help you gain insight and make meaningful changes.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. When you’re ready, I am here to help.
Sessions are available online, short-term or long-term - whatever works best for you.
For more information please check out my website or send me an email or a message.
I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute chat on Google Meet - let’s talk and see if we’re a good match!
Training, qualifications & experience
I chose and value Person-Centred Counselling because research shows it promotes lasting change by enhancing self-awareness, trust, and personal growth, leading to long-term emotional well-being.
To support you through life’s challenges, I draw on both my professional training and real-life experience. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, which equips me with the skills to guide you effectively.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you will feel truly heard.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
