About me
Feeling Stuck, Overwhelmed, or Lost? You Don’t Have to Face It Alone.
Life can sometimes feel chaotic - like a desk piled high with cluttered papers, thoughts racing, and emotions tangled. If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or uncertain about your next steps, I’m here to help you find clarity and direction.
I offer online counselling that puts you at the centre of the process, creating a safe, supportive space where you can untangle your thoughts, process your emotions, and sort through the mental clutter. Together, we’ll organise those overwhelming thoughts - like carefully filing them away in the cabinet of your mind - so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Whether you’re struggling with stress, career decisions, anxiety, burnout, or just feeling lost, I’ll work with you at your own pace, helping you gain insight and make meaningful changes.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. When you’re ready, I’m here to help.
Sessions available online, short-term or long-term - whatever works best for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I chose and value Person-Centred Counselling because research shows it promotes lasting change by enhancing self-awareness, trust, and personal growth, leading to long-term emotional well-being.
To support you through life’s challenges, I draw on both my professional training and real-life experience. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, which equips me with the skills to guide you effectively.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you will feel truly heard.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
