Daryl Nicholas MA BSc AdvDip MBACP Counselling and Psychotherapy
Counsellor and psychotherapist based in Warwick and Leamington Spa.
As an Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist I bring together effective contemporary approaches to therapy, drawing from a variety of models to suit your individual needs. I offer a warm, supportive, safe and confidential space to talk about your feelings, thoughts and concerns, without judgement.
I believe that the relationship between myself and clients is very important and aim to build a supportive, safe, and confidential relationship where we can discuss and explore your thoughts, feelings and issues together.
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
Counselling and psychotherapy can often seem confusing to people who have not experienced these forms of therapy before. If you have any questions, then please feel free to get in contact to ask.
"The value of sessions such as these cannot be measured, because they are in fact invaluable"
Training, qualifications & experience
I have seven years intensive training experience in counselling and psychotherapy, and more than ten years experience of supporting people to lead more comfortable, satisfying and enjoyable lives.
As an integrative therapist I am experienced in drawing upon different theoretical models such as relational, attachment based, psychodynamic, person centred and energy work.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients in short-term, time limited, and long term therapy. In addition to my private practice, I work as a consultant for the NHS, provide training to community health teams, and work with CAMHS and CMHTs.
