About me

🌥️ Feeling Like This?
Do you wake up and feel like a heavy cloud is hanging over you?
Even on calm days, is there a quiet, persistent voice saying, “I should be coping better”?

You’re not alone—anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, and unresolved trauma can all leave us feeling untethered. It’s okay to feel lost. And it’s okay to want more than just coping—you deserve clarity, connection, and calm.

Imagine opening a door to a space where someone is waiting—without judgement—just to hear you.

🧭 My Approach: The Person-Centred Pathway

🔹 Step 1: A Listening Space
Whatever you bring—life stress, emotional pain, family struggles—you’ll be heard, not fixed. This is the first step in reclaiming your voice.

🔹 Step 2: Diving Deeper
We explore your emotional landscape to understand the why behind your patterns, thoughts, and feelings.

🔹 Step 3: Charting Your Course
Together, we’ll move from insight to integration. You’ll leave with new self-understanding, confidence, and clarity.

“It’s like clearing the fog to see your path again.”

🧍‍♀️ Let’s Talk About You
Do you often feel emotionally stuck, even if life looks ‘fine’ on the outside?
Do thoughts spin without resolution?
Is it hard to trust your decisions—or yourself?

If any of this feels familiar, your journey doesn’t have to stay paused. I offer both in-person and online therapy across the UK. Let’s start with a simple conversation.

💬 What Clients Say

“Every session felt like a breath of fresh air.”
“Daniel didn’t give me answers—he gave me space to find them.”

📆 Ready to Begin?
Spots are limited—currently just 2 available.
This might be your moment to begin something different. Not a quick fix, but a genuine shift.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honoured to walk beside you.

Warm regards,
Daniel

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
