Our two therapists Sandra and Del have a combined professional experience of 38 years.
We provide individualised counselling and psychotherapy interventions, offering integrative therapy tailored to your needs.
Integrative therapy is a holistic approach to counselling or psychotherapy where different therapeutic methods are combined, rather than using just one model. This allows your therapy to be adapted to you and your individual needs.
We can support with a range of issues, including:
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Relationship difficulties
- Domestic abuse
- Loss and grief
- Trauma
- Addiction
- Dysfunctional behaviours, amongst other concerns
We are based in Devon and offer online sessions to clients worldwide, as well as face to face sessions.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Post Graduate Degree in Psychotherapy- Bath University
- Counselling Diploma
- NCPS Accreditation on Counselling & Counsellor Supervision level 7
- Higher National Diploma in Counselling
Sandra has extensive experience in working with clients with varying presentations, she has a particular affinity for supporting women through areas such as domestic abuse, anxiety, sexual issues, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions and emotional wellbeing to name a few.
Del has 19 years experience, starting with a career in social care, where he supported clients with various challenges and presentations, including behavioural and emotional issues, addiction, trauma, loss and grief.
This experience deepened his understanding of the human condition and our levels of emotional and cognitive functioning. He is continually inspired by the resilience, strength, and courage of the human spirit.
Del's passions over the years has been group therapies and coaching other counsellors and developing their group work skills and competencies.
Del is also an accredited counsellor supervisor with 7 years experience supporting other therapists.

Additional information
Concessions will be considered for counsellors who are in training. There after all standard fees will be applied.
