About me

Welcome to my profile. I understand the courage it takes to recognise that something within your life isn't working and that it may feel daunting when taking the first steps in wanting to implement change. I believe that through the right therapeutic relationship you can begin to identify and explore your struggles, allowing you to heal, grow and strengthen resilience.

I provide a confidential, safe and respectful space where you can be free to express yourself whilst being responded to with empathy. A place where you can be truly heard and feel you can trust that what you have to say will be received without judgement.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and an Associate Counsellor for West Kent Mind. My clinic is based in Tunbridge Wells, set in 36 acres of rolling gardens, parkland and woods.

My approach can help you find clarity in your thoughts, feelings and actions, gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and the situations which are causing distress. As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a range of different counselling techniques and theories, this enables us to work together in a way that would best suit your needs.

Using my training and experience to provide you with the support you need to work toward your goals and find your own answers. Enabling you to feel that you have the internal resources needed to gain confidence, control, growth and positive changes in your life.

I am offering sessions in-person, online and via telephone.

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Anger
  • Grief and bereavement
  • Low self-esteem
  • Relationship Difficulties

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
