About me
Hello, I'm Clara, an Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist. I offer a warm, inclusive, compassionate, and trauma-informed space where you can explore your experiences openly and without judgement. I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. I work relationally, creating a trusting and authentic connection where you can feel heard, accepted, and supported. Together, we can deepen self-understanding, self-acceptance, and your connection with your authentic self.
I have extensive experience supporting adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, as well as those navigating trauma, anxiety, shame, guilt, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, depression, or life transitions. My integrative approach draws on talking therapy, somatic work, creativity, inner child work, and dreamwork to meet your individual needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London, where I graduated with a five-year, UKCP-accredited Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy.
As part of my training, I undertook placements with One in Four, The Caravan and the CCPE Clinic, gaining over 500 hours of experience working with clients. Prior to this, I completed a Certificate in Counselling Skills at City Lit.
I have also facilitated a two-day workshop exploring sexual shame and supporting participants in finding ways to release and work through shame.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

£70.00 per session
Additional information
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £70. They take place in welcoming therapy rooms in Peckham and Little Venice, or online via Zoom. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces. If you would like to find out more or arrange a free 15-minute consultation, please get in touch.
