About me

Approach: I aim to offer a warm, considered approach in the therapy, to provide a space for you to process your emotions, reflect and deepen your understanding of yourself and others.

Therapy: I offer one-to-one therapy to adults. I aim to provide evidence-based and evidence-informed appropriate therapeutic interventions for people with a range of presentations (mild, moderate, and severe) e.g. depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, addictions, and relationship issues. I evaluate treatment options; therapeutic models; factors concerning historical processes and systems; and possible cultural influences.

Psychological assessments: I conduct general psychological assessments producing a psychological report. I also provide Medical Legal Reports (to be instructed by a solicitor).

Supervision (for clinicians/ therapists): For trainee and qualified psychologists and psychotherapists, I offer clinical supervision sessions.
