Hi, I'm Claire. I am an integrative counsellor offering therapeutic support for
Children on the spectrum,

Iuse different methods to help clients explore presenting issues to help gain understanding and acceptance.
Some elements of exploring presenting issues could be with;
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy,
Use of expressive art,
Sensory items and toys.
All these depending on individual preferences so you feel completely comfortable with however you may wish to explore. This can help give some understanding and feel less intense for some.
We can meet or talk on the telephone first to give you opportunity to get to ask me anything and have a chat. This will also give you an idea of who I am and if your comfortable with me. If you wish we can then arrange an on going counselling session.
