About me
Hello, I’m Christina. I’m a fully qualified, BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I offer a warm, confidential space where you can talk openly and feel supported.
Life can be challenging - whether you’re facing a specific difficulty or simply sensing that something isn’t quite right, you don’t have to go through it alone. Here, you’ll find a safe, inclusive space to explore what’s on your mind at your own pace.
I believe therapy works best within a genuine, supportive relationship. My aim is to listen with empathy and without judgement, helping you feel heard, valued and empowered. I deeply respect equality and diversity and welcome all aspects of who you are.
I can support you with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, difficult past experiences, relationship struggles, questions around identity and sexuality, major life changes, and work-related stress. I also work with those seeking personal growth or a clearer sense of self.
My integrative, relational approach draws on person‑centred, psychodynamic, cognitive and existential therapies, tailoring sessions to your unique needs.
I offer both in‑person sessions in Streatham, London, and online therapy. You set the pace and choose what to bring, while I work alongside you to explore your experiences and support change that feels meaningful for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified, BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, having completed my Diploma in Integrative Counselling with Distinction (accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). This training underpins my commitment to ethical and effective practice.
Alongside my private practice, I volunteer with Care to Listen in South Croydon, supporting clients from all walks of life with a wide range of challenges. I also have experience as a bereavement counsellor at St. Christopher’s Hospice in Sydenham, where I supported individuals through the pain and complexity of grief and loss.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Free Introductory Call
Before starting counselling, I offer a free 20‑minute introductory call (no charge, no obligation). This is a chance to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope for, and to get a feel for how we might work together.
Your First Session - What to Expect
If you choose to move forward, our first session will be an Initial Assessment. This helps me understand you as a whole and get a clearer sense of your needs before therapy begins.
Ongoing Sessions
Counselling is most helpful when sessions are regular, usually weekly, as this offers consistent support. Sessions are available in‑person or online, typically at the same time each week.
