About me
"I feel so misunderstood"
"I can't tell anyone in my life this"
"I feel so unseen"
These might be thoughts that you've experienced, prompting you to consider therapy. You might be feeling alone, overwhelmed, or stuck. You may even be holding thoughts or experiences that feel too hard to share with the people around you.
Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to do that alone anymore. Here, your experiences can be explored with care and curiosity, allowing you to better understand yourself and begin to find a way forward that feels right for you.
My approach to therapy is having a deep focus on relational safety; believing that feeling heard, accepted and emotionally safe are all central to meaningful therapeutic change. My approach is truly non-directive; I am not here to advise, or guide, prioritise or fix. I am always led by your pace as we walk together through your world, gently exploring to move towards greater clarity, self-compassion and emotional resilience.
Alongside my professional training, I also bring lived experience of being a therapy client over many years. This shapes how I work, with transparency, empathy and an understanding of how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support.

Further information
If you’re considering therapy and would like to see whether we would be able to good fit to work with each other, you’re welcome to book a free 20-minute initial consultation. There’s no obligation to continue after the call. It’s simply a chance to make contact, be heard, and decide your next steps at your own pace.
I offer open-ended therapy, which means that you can have as many, or as few, sessions for as long as it feels helpful and necessary. This is the beauty of seeking therapy privately.
