About me
Hello and welcome to my profile. I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. I offer a safe and confidential space, where everyone is warmly welcomed.
Whether you are navigating life's challenges or facing unique struggles, my counselling services are tailored to help you find clarity, resilience and a path towards positive change.
I am passionate about the work I do and understand that everyone is unique, which is why I tailor my one-to-one sessions to meet individual needs. I blend various therapeutic approaches, including Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic methods. This allows me to create a personalised and effective strategy for your specific needs
My private practice is located in Lutterworth, and I am happy to have an informal chat to discuss what you would like from counselling and see if I am the right counsellor for you. You can click on the above introductory button, which allows you to make a free initial telephone consultation, or telephone or email me to make an appointment, where we can discuss what you would like support with and how we may work together. I offer, face to face and zoom counselling.
The sessions that follow will be for 1 hour. This is your time to talk about the issues and concerns that are most important to you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified counsellor and have two decades of working in various charities and in private practice. I believe in treating mental health with the same importance as physical health and bring a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach. Together we can find new ways to move forward and make the changes that are right for you.
