About me
I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering counselling sessions for adults and couples on a long, medium or short-term basis in Weston Super Mare. I have over 30 years’ experience as a therapist. I am a psychotherapist using an integrative approach.
My aim is to provide you with warm, welcoming and safe space. Where you can feel understood, accepted, valued and listened to. I will help you recognise and understand your emotions whilst supporting you through this process and help you explore your situations and choices.

I am trained in working with survivors of sexual abuse.
I am trained in Addiction recovery and co-dependency.
