About me
What can you do with 50 minutes? Household chores, or bake a cake maybe. Go to the gym, run a 5k or start that book you keep putting off. And what could you do with 50 minutes if you had a safe, confidential space to focus on you, free from judgement and built on compassion and empathy?
As an integrative and humanistic therapist I believe that 50 minutes can be incredibly powerful. And at a time when life can feel busier and more chaotic than ever taking time out can be life saving. I strive to provide a space for my clients to feel everything they need to feel during turbulent and difficult moments. You can slow down and take stock or release the emotions we all let build and build. whatever you bring it is embraced and held with the consideration it deserves. Together we will explore both thoughts and feelings from the past and the present moment, nothing is too big or too small to matter.
There is no one size fits all approach to counselling. Instead, valuing you and what you bring to the sessions and seeing you as the expert on your life will create an approach that is uniquely focused on you. I am not solution focused and I wont give you the answers, but what I will do is provide you with the respect and support that helps create personal empowerment and facilitates real and lasting change.
I am based in Shropshire and Welshpool and provide both face to face and online therapy sessions (online available immediately). I am trauma informed and work with any and all client conditions, from grief and loss to mental health. I offer a free 30 minute introductory call so if you have any doubts or questions please feel free to get in contact and we can arrange a call,
Don't hesitate on your wellbeing, reach out today.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
