About me

As a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, and Clinical Supervisor with over 15 years of experience, I am dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of therapeutic services designed to support your emotional and mental well-being. As a Senior Accredited member of the NCPS and NHS, I offer hypno-psychotherapy, counselling, and clinical supervision, all of which are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

I specialise in helping individuals overcome anxiety, phobias, trauma, and unwanted habits through the transformative power of hypno-psychotherapy. By combining the depth of traditional psychotherapy with the unique effectiveness of hypnosis, I help you access your subconscious mind to promote deep emotional healing and long-lasting behaviour change. My integrative approach allows me to draw from various therapeutic models, including Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centred strategies, ensuring that you receive a holistic and personalised therapy experience.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand the complexities of trauma and its impact on your mental and emotional health. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where we can work together to resolve past traumas, cultivate self-awareness, and help you embrace a more authentic and fulfilling life. Whether you're looking to break free from unhelpful patterns, heal from emotional wounds, or simply improve your mental well-being, my therapeutic process is designed to guide you toward rapid transformation and healthier ways of living.

I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we work together to achieve your goals and empower you to make meaningful changes. Whether you're seeking relief from overwhelming anxiety, struggling with a phobia, or wanting to let go of an unwanted habit, I am here to support you on your journey to emotional freedom and a more balanced, joyful life.

Whether online or in Higham Ferrers, I'm here to support you.

Start with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, and together, we'll take the first step toward a more empowered, fulfilling life.

Training, qualifications & experience

My qualifications include a level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision, an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a diploma in Hypnotherapy and a Certificate in couples counselling.  I am a Hypno-Oncology Practitioner with the Association of Hypno-Oncology.

I have worked at the Northampton Clinic, Rushden Mind and Bower House Services in Market Harborough.

As a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, I have over 15 years in the profession.

I began my career as a Drama and English teacher in South Africa, gaining experience with children from disadvantaged backgrounds through theatre and drama therapy. After moving to the UK, I worked extensively in the video, TV, and film industry while running my own production company, which provided insights into the challenges women face, such as sexism, work-life balance, and health issues. As a therapist, I have helped creative professionals overcome fears of rejection and stage fright, improve body image, silence negative self-talk, and build personal power and confidence.

Over the course of my career, I have undertaken extensive training to deepen my expertise and expand my therapeutic skillset. My ongoing commitment to professional development ensures that I can offer the highest level of care to my clients, using evidence-based techniques that are tailored to their unique needs.

These qualifications allow me to take a holistic and integrative approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic models to support emotional healing, behavioural change, and personal growth. My training not only reflects my dedication to the profession but also ensures that I provide the most effective, compassionate care for my clients.
