About me
If you are struggling with addiction, anxiety, anxiety disorder or depression and feel overwhelmed, stuck or alone, you are not alone—and you don’t have to face it by yourself. Wonderful positive outcomes can be achieved in building a joyful, meaningful life after perhaps receiving a diagnosis of ADHD; autism/Asperger's syndrome; BPD or Bi-polar - learning ways to adapt embracing an engaging and rewarding life.
I am an experienced integrative therapist offering a warm, grounded and compassionate space for adults experiencing addiction, anxiety and depression.
I support clients with a range of challenges including alcohol and substance misuse, compulsive behaviours, anxiety, panic, low mood and feeling overwhelmed. I understand that these difficulties are often connected to deeper experiences—past relationships, life events and a sense of disconnection from yourself or your life.
With years of life experience, I bring a calm, non-judgemental presence. You can talk openly with me about whatever you are facing, whether that’s addiction, ongoing anxiety or depression that feels hard to shift. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe, helping you make sense of what’s going on and begin to find a way forward.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on different approaches to suit you as an individual. I also work with a spiritual awareness—supporting you in reconnecting with yourself, your inner strength and a deeper sense of meaning. This is not linked to any religion, but is a personal and open exploration of what matters to you.
You may be feeling stuck, lost or tired of coping alone. Therapy offers a space to be heard, understood and supported as you work through addiction, anxiety or depression.
I welcome adults from all backgrounds who are ready to begin change and move towards a more connected and fulfilling life.
