About me

How can I help ?

I have a diverse, holistic background, knowledge and experience in the field of health.  I have an intuitive and integrated understanding of the mind/body connection and how our physical state directly impacts on our emotional well-being.

Using the HG approach I will endeavour to support my clients to restore balance in their lives and feel better quickly using their own resources to build stronger resilience for the future and enabling them to manage their lives more effectively, calmly and feeling more in control.

One of my areas of special interest is women's health from menarche to menopause but particularly perinatal mental health. This includes the antenatal period, during pregnancy and the years postnatally.

I am also passionate about supporting our neuro divergent community as I self identify with this group.

I am delighted to now be able to provide the gold standard DIVA 5 assessment for diagnosing adults with ADHD at Feed The Soul Therapy Rooms. Along with this assessment I offer a package of care built around the individuals experience of ADHD and their needs and goals. Through my knowledge as an HG psychotherapist and using my own lived experience, I offer techniques to stabilise symptoms, build coping strategies and develop resilience for the future. I will teach ways to understand this neural developmental difference so that navigating environments, situations and relationships can be managed in a positive way. I teach ways to manage the co-morbidities associated with ADHD Eg. depression, anxiety, stress, OCD, substance misuse and self harm. I will teach ways to manage the impairments ADHD can bring Eg. fear of rejection (RSD), low self esteem and low self worth, overwhelm and burn out and withdrawal. Together we will build a bespoke, practical and accessible tool kit built around my clients needs. If you identify as having ADHD and not want to have the DIVA 5 assessment, we can still build a package of care around your needs without the official diagnosis if suits your need best.

ADHD is not a “disorder” is a neural developmental difference that when understood and managed, can release incredible potential.

However I welcome all enquiries from anyone in need of emotional support with the aim of treating clients as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

About HG Therapy

HG therapy is the fastest, most effective treatment currently available. Research published in: Psychology and Psychotherapy: Theory, Research & Practice showed that:

  • Human Givens therapy is 3 times more effective than the next most effective psychotherapy.
  • Most people can be helped in 4-6 session although some people require only one or two sessions to achieve their required results. Some people with more complex difficulties may require more.

HG is a brief and solution focussed therapy. The sessions are not designed to be multiple or long term. The intention is to work with the client to achieve the outcome they want in as short a time-frame as possible – and therefore they can move on, fully equipped for the next chapter.

Make contact and feel better soon.

Further information

What to expect from your first session

Whatever your needs may be, as your therapist I will offer support in finding ways to transform and change your current patterns which are no longer working for you. Together we will find ways to balance your physical and emotional needs, alleviating distress and trauma and bringing you a better quality of life.

By using the HG tools we will work together to help you find a more balanced way of living.

In the first session we will spend some time talking and exploring and setting goals with an agreed plan of action. You set your goals and I will support you in accomplishing them. This is your therapy and my role is to hold a space and offer guidance for you to explore.

Follow up sessions will be discussed once the goal and plan is in place.

I have practice space available to me in West and East Sussex. I can offer in person and online sessions in the evenings during the week and during the day on Saturdays. This is so I can provide support outside of your working day and you will not have to negotiate time off for appointments.

I can be contacted via email, phone, website or facebook.

I will endeavour to reply to your enquiry as quickly as possible.
