Hello, welcome to Cathie's Counselling
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. These two approaches are blended to provide a bespoke, therapeutic experience which enables you to go deeper into the presenting issue and find longer term solutions..
Through using an integrative approach , the aim is to provide each client with their own tool box of strategies and skills.
This knowledge comes from my years of experience working with children and young adults with autism, sensory processing difficulties and emotional dysregulation.
