Hello
Thank you for taking the first step.
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. I use an integrative approach and my counselling is tailored to each individual.
Everyone is different and each counselling session is bespoke.
My career has been in education, the past twenty five years I have led on well-being mental health and safeguarding, within this role I support adults, children and families.
