About me

I am dedicated to creating a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship built on warmth, authenticity, and non-judgmental acceptance. At the core of my practice is an unwavering belief in hope. If you arrive feeling hopeless, know that I will carry that hope for you until you're ready to embrace it yourself. This journey of hope is often intertwined with the healing power of nature, which I frequently incorporate into our sessions through metaphor.

I am an integrative therapist, which means I use various theories and models in our work together, coupled with Transactional Analysis.

I hold a deep appreciation for each person who comes into the therapeutic space, recognising that your unique experiences and qualities shape who you are. Every aspect of your journey contributes to the richness of our work together. I believe that acknowledging and valuing these experiences can lead to profound insights and growth.

Together, we will cultivate self-compassion and work to quiet any self-doubt or negative self-talk that may hold you back. When appropriate, I will gently invite you to challenge any limiting beliefs you may carry, empowering you to embrace a more authentic and fulfilling version of yourself.

Many people come to therapy feeling confused and unsure about their inner experiences. In our sessions, we'll work together to untangle these complex emotions and thoughts.

Through gentle exploration and reflection, you'll begin to see patterns emerge and gain a clearer understanding of yourself. This process often brings a sense of relief and clarity, as you cultivate skills to better understand and manage your feelings and experiences.
