About me

You don’t need to be falling apart to speak to someone, you just need to be honest enough to admit that something doesn’t feel right.

Maybe you're carrying pressure you can’t talk about, stuck in your own head, or tired of being the one who has to keep it together. Whether it's stress, anger, numbness, or not knowing where to go next, you’re not weak for asking for help. You're wise enough to want change.

I work with men and teenage boys who are done with bottling it up. You might be dealing with anxiety, low moods, difficult break-ups, problems with your kids, issues around race or identity, or just feeling lost. We sit down and unpack it together with no fluff, no judgement, just honest conversation.

I speak your language. I use straight-talking therapy that helps you understand what's really going on and gives you practical ways to deal with it. No awkward silence. No being talked down to. Just a space where you can figure things out and start feeling more like yourself again.

I offer face-to-face sessions in Reading and online appointments for flexibility. Whether this is your first time reaching out or you've tried therapy before, this is your space. You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

  • Real-World Experience Men Can Relate To:

I haven’t just studied therapy - I’ve been in schools, on the streets, in youth centres, and in rooms where boys and men don’t always feel heard.

Mental Health Engagement Lead - Kooth:

  • Lead public-facing mental health campaigns across London, from youth festivals to NHS events to schools and colleges.
  • Deliver direct talks and workshops for teenage boys and young men on topics like anger, healthy relationships, peer pressure, and self-respect.
  • Create digital resources and videos that speak the language of young men who might never ask for help, but who stop and listen when someone gets it.
  • Train professionals (teachers, GPs, social workers) to better understand what’s really going on with boys and how to engage them.

KS4 Behaviour Support Worker - Maiden Erlegh School:

  • Work daily with teenage boys struggling with focus, anger, identity, and motivation.
Run 1:1 and small group interventions for those labelled “difficult” or “disengaged.”
  • Support them in real life: school issues, fights, family conflict, anxiety before exams, or feeling invisible in a classroom.
  • Work hand-in-hand with counsellors, safeguarding leads, and external agencies to keep students safe and mentally steady.

Group Co-Facilitator - Sunshine & Showers:

  • Co-run a peer-led support group for adults with depression and anxiety.
  • Help members build self-worth, emotional awareness, and connection especially those who feel isolated or “different.”
  • Provide a steady presence and emotional anchor for people learning to talk about what they’ve held in for years.

What I Bring to the Table:

  • I know how to talk to boys and men who don’t trust therapists. I’ve sat with anger, shame, and silence and helped people turn it into strength.
  • I work with the hard-to-reach, the ones who’ve shut down, checked out, or blown up. I build trust fast through honesty, clarity, and showing up every time
