About me
I am an experienced Counselling Psychologist who works in the NHS and in private practice. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, person-centred therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work with adolescents and adults struggling with a range of mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, phobias, interpersonal difficulties, family issues and long-term health conditions. In addition, I provide support for ADHD, helping clients manage organisation, time management and all other ADHD related symptoms.
My theoretical approach is integrative - this means that I draw on a range of theories and techniques to use in isolation or combination, tailoring therapy to best suit the client’s needs. I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship is essential in facilitating psychological change and I aim to provide a safe and compassionate environment for all.
If you have noticed patterns in your life that you would like to change. Perhaps, it’s taking a toll at work, in your relationships or on your health. Maybe you’ve considered therapy but struggled to take the first step. Without needing to make a commitment, we can have a free 15 minute call to see if we are the right fit and how we can work together.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience at King’s College London and a Master’s degree in Psychology at Regent’s University before pursuing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. I have been involved in a range of research projects, including dementia, brain tumour and COVID-19 bereavement.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
