I run a Primrose Hill-based Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice.
I offer counselling, psychotherapy and coaching-based therapy for Individuals and Couples experiencing challenges and difficulties in their relationships.
I offer help with all stress-related difficulties:
- Family issues
- Sex and sexuality
- Gender equality issues
- Post-natal experiences and problems.
I practise in locations that are comfortable and welcoming, and provide a safe and confidential environment.
How can I help you?
As your counsellor I can help you to talk through the issues you face in the present or from the past, however you wish to express them.
Through guidance into understanding yourself better, and how you respond and interact in your life and emotional experiences, you can discover many insights, and develop the capacity to cope and manage situations and your patterns of behaviour in a more satisfactory and fulfilling way.
I will offer you the support you need at all times, to work successfully towards living a more fulfilling life.
My approach as a therapist is human to human above all, rather than clinician to patient. We all share the common challenges of living throughout our lives as human beings, and as such I am offering the wisdom of life experience as much as the benefits of a sound and professional training.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in Maida Vale, London W2.
I completed the Certificate in the Foundations of Counselling, followed by the 4 year Diploma Course between 1997 and 2001, achieving a first class grade in the final dissertation. The Diploma was received from the CCPE at the end of 2001.
Following this the UKCP Accreditation was awarded.
I have worked continually since 2001 in central London, gaining invaluable experience working with girls, boys, women and men of various cultures and creeds; and with an extensive range of issues.
I have found that focusing on running a private practice is the most successful way of maintaining a down to earth, relaxed and person-centred experience.
The comfortable and safe surroundings provide the best opportunity for you to be able to talk through your difficulties.
