About me

I believe that healing begins the moment you feel truly seen and heard. My approach to counselling is rooted in unwavering warmth and understanding, creating a non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace.

I am also trained in breathwork and optionally I can combine practical breathwork or visualisation techniques to help you quiet the mind and heal the heart.

My goal is to provide an understanding, supportive environment where you feel safe to grow. Let’s work together to find your balance again. Together, we will cultivate the tools you need to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion, and peace.

I help my clients develop a kind and compassionate awareness towards their thoughts and emotions. My approach is always centred on warmth and deep understanding. I can support you in discovering the resilience and calm that already exists within you.

I work with a wide range of issues, including:

• Anxiety & Stress: Managing the "noise" and finding inner quiet.

• Burnout & Exhaustion: Recovering from chronic stress and reclaiming your energy.

• Neurodiversity (ADHD & Autism): Supporting adults with focus, organisation and emotional regulation.

• Health Diagnoses: Support for navigating the emotional impact of chronic illness or new health challenges.

• Self-Worth & Confidence: Overcoming perfectionism and low self-esteem.

• Relationships: Navigating communication, family dynamics, and boundaries.

• Grief & Loss: Support through bereavement and difficult life transitions.

• Personal Growth: Cultivating self-care, balance, and a stronger sense of identity.

To ensure support fits seamlessly into your life, I offer online and telephone counselling. This allows us to connect in a way that feels most comfortable for you.

I am a Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor. I am a registered member of the BACP. My membership demonstrates that I meet high standards of proficiency, professionalism and ethical practice.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
