About me

I offer personalised support to individuals seeking to navigate life's challenges and improve their mental and emotional well-being. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and psychodynamic therapy, among others, I provide effective support and guidance.

Training, qualifications & experience

I completed my training with Chrysalis Courses, balancing my studies with my responsibilities as a carer. Despite the challenges, I successfully obtained a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. Continuing education and professional development remain crucial aspects of my journey. Regular attendance at workshops, seminars, and conferences keeps me abreast of the latest research findings and therapeutic approaches. This commitment allows me to refine my skills, broaden my knowledge, and deliver high-quality care to my clients.

Throughout my training, I prioritised ethical practice, cultural competence, and client-centred care. Creating a safe and inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment is paramount to me. My goal is to support individuals on their healing journey with compassion and understanding, honouring their unique experiences and perspectives.
