About me
Hi, my name is Caroline, I am a fully qualified counsellor and member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) working with couples and individuals (18+). I offer in-person and walk & talk therapy in Bristol as as well as online and telephone counselling throughout the UK.
I am an integrative therapist which means I adapt my skills and knowledge to suit your needs. I offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space where we can work together to help you move past the issues that stand in the way of your true potential.
I am also a mum of twins and have worked in both private and public sectors for large and small organisations in various industries including media, education, police, tech and legal professions. I find drawing upon these experiences particularly beneficial in client work.
I believe that human connection and a deep working relationship with my clients leads to positive outcomes. Working within an ethical framework of good practice, you are the focus, sessions are led by you, and you set the pace.
I will sit with you, guide and empower you by providing the essential tools throughout your counselling journey.
