About me
Hello, I’m Caroline, a fully qualified counsellor working with adults and young people from 16 years of age and above. I am registered with the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) and work in line with their ethical guidelines.
My therapeutic approach is Person‑Centred Therapy. I offer face‑to‑face sessions from my office in Teignmouth, and I also provide online counselling.
I offer a calm, confidential space where you are able to explore things at your own pace. You can speak openly and be met with care, respect, and no judgment. My approach to counselling is held in the belief that each person already holds the capacity for growth and change, even if it doesn't always feel that way.
People seek counselling for all kinds of reasons. You don’t have to wait until you are at breaking point to ask for support. Whatever has brought you here, we can explore it together and make sense of what’s going on for you.
I am experienced in supporting clients with Autism and ADHD, both within an educational setting and through my own personal lived experience.
I understand that choosing a counsellor can be daunting. So if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation to see if working together feels right for you.
