About me

You might be coming to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure about what you need. You don't have to have everything worked out. Therapy can be a place where you can talk things through, feel understood and begin to make sense of what's been going on for you.

I work with adults, children (aged 5+) and young people, offering a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is bringing you to therapy.

People come to see me for many different reasons, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, identity, neurodivergence, chronic illness and significant life changes. Sometimes it's simply about wanting to understand yourself better.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, drawing primarily on Transactional Analysis (TA). Together, we'll explore how your experiences and relationships may have shaped the patterns you find yourself repeating, helping you develop greater self-awareness, recognise your strengths and move towards lasting change.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, a Level 7 Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling and Psychotherapy, an MSc in Psychology, and additional training in counselling children and young people, trauma-informed practice and neurodiversity-affirming practice.

I offer face-to-face therapy in Watford and Golders Green, Walk & Talk therapy in Watford, and online and telephone sessions across the UK and internationally (where appropriate).

Therapy is available in both English and Romanian.
