About me

I am a person‑centred counsellor offering warm, compassionate online, telephone and in-person therapy to adults across the UK. My work is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and make meaningful change when they feel genuinely heard and understood. I aim to create a calm, confidential & accepting space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace, without pressure or judgement. My approach is gentle, relational, and deeply attuned to your unique experience. I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including anger, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self‑esteem, stress, and bereavement. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure where to begin, I offer a steady, empathetic presence to help you make sense of what you’re going through. I also have experience working with clients living with visual impairment, and I am committed to making counselling accessible, inclusive, and responsive to individual needs. Creating a therapeutic environment where people feel respected, empowered, and safe to be themselves is at the heart of my practice. I value authenticity, empathy, and the unique story each person brings. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they deepen their self‑awareness, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
