About me

Therapy Issues I Work With: Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself? Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you do not have to carry this weight alone. I provide a warm, confidential, and safe environment where we can safely explore what is holding you back. I am deeply experienced in neuroaffirming practice, helping adults navigate the unique, everyday realities of Autism and ADHD.

My approach combines deep empathy with practical, evidence-based tools tailored to your unique journey. Together, we will work on:

Navigating Anxiety, Trauma & Stress: Finding relief from a racing mind, heavy moods and chronic overwhelm.

Healing Relationships: Exploring who you are, navigating relationship dynamics, understanding your boundaries and improving how you connect with self and others.

Processing Life Transitions: Managing the emotional impact of grief, career changes, cultural experiences, identity shifts and systemic challenges.

Neuroaffirming Support: Developing practical, gentle strategies that work with your ADHD or Autistic brain, not against it.

Building Self-Worth: Moving past self-criticism to foster genuine self-compassion, inner trust and build self-confidence.

Supervision Issues I work With: Are you navigating a heavy caseload, for those looking to progress and require guidance in your clinical training, are newly qualified or fighting off burnout? You don’t have to do it alone.

I provide tailored supervision for counsellors, therapists and care professionals at every stage of their career from trainees to seasoned practitioners.

In our sessions, we do more than just review cases; we protect your professional longevity. I provide a secure, analytical space to dissect complex safeguarding issues, manage clinical risks and with reflective guidance in streamlining your casework and signposting processes. Let’s work together to deepen your clinical confidence, keep your clients safe, and build a practice that fulfils you without draining you.

Registered / Accredited

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
