About me
You might be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, lonely, or stuck in difficult relationship patterns. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand what is happening beneath the surface.
I’m a bilingual psychotherapist offering sessions in English and French, online and in London Bridge and Greenwich. I work with individuals and couples, including young adults, who are looking for a supportive space to explore their experiences and relationships. Some are new to therapy, while others have already done personal work and want to go deeper.
My approach is relational and embodied. This means we pay attention to how experiences live not only in your thoughts and feelings but also in your body and relationships. Together we may explore patterns from earlier life experiences, how they show up in the present, and ways of connecting that feel more authentic and grounded.
I offer in-person sessions in London Bridge and Greenwich and online sessions. You are welcome to contact me for an initial conversation to see whether working together feels right.
Training, qualifications & experience
I was trained as a clinical psychologist in France (Master’s, Aix-Marseille University) and have lived internationally, which informs my sensitivity to how culture, language, and personal history shape identity and belonging.
Registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working within their ethical guidelines.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
I often work with people who are:
- navigating life transitions such as relocation, career changes, separation, or becoming a parent
- living between cultures or countries and exploring questions of identity and belonging
- feeling stuck in repeating relationship patterns
- experiencing anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm
- feeling isolated or disconnected in the fast pace of London life
I particularly enjoy working with young adults, a time of life when questions about identity, direction, relationships, and independence can feel especially present.
