About me

Are you stressed out, anxious, low in mood or suffering from trauma? You are not alone in feeling overwhelmed by these difficulties. I'm here to help you navigate these challenges and help you create a more meaningful life. As a Clinical psychologist, I offer a supportive safe space to help you find your feet again.

I use different evidence base approaches to help you understanding your difficulties. I have a range of experience working with trauma, anxiety, low mood, and burnout, and I develop treatment plans based on your specific needs. I use EMDR, ACT, Mindfulness, CBT and relational approaches in my work.

Starting psychological therapy can feel like a big decision. The decision itself brings up lots of difficult thoughts and feelings, will it work? What is the therapist like? What should I say when I contact them? These are all understandable and common responses. If you are interested in starting therapy, please do contact me and I will try to help.
