About me
Welcome
Life can feel heavy or confusing, especially when you are carrying more than others realise. You may be experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship challenges, or a general sense of not fitting in, or simply a feeling that something is not quite right. I’m a BACP-registered and highly trained integrative therapist and counsellor offering in person, counselling in Stanmore, North West London, Hertfordshire, or online everywhere, where together we can pause, reflect, and explore what matters to you.
Finding Clarity
Therapy can help you make sense of what is happening in your life, especially when things feel unclear, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words. Together, we will gently explore your thoughts and experiences, helping you gain insight and feel more grounded. This is a big and important step, but together we can do it. Our work may be probing but always supportive, helping you to move forward
A Safe, Understanding Space
Looking for the right therapist is already an act of self-care. I provide confidential counselling in person or online, where you can talk freely without fear of judgement. Whatever brings you here, whether it is something clear or something harder to put into words, my background in business, charity, and care, together with personal experiences, helps me understand the pressures and transitions life can bring. You are not alone. I draw on both lived experience and therapeutic theory to offer support that is grounded, practical, and meaningful. You matter and you always come first.
How I Work
My approach is integrative and person centred. I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where you can slow down and explore what is happening for you at your own pace. Whether you are seeking counselling in person or online, the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of this process, a space where you are met with empathy, curiosity, and acceptance. From there, we can gently explore together in a way that feels right for you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
My fees is £70 for a fifty minute in person session in a relaxing garden therapy suite in HA7. Online sessions are £60.
I also offer a small number of reduced fee spaces for people on lower incomes, so please feel free to ask if this may apply to you.
If you are considering therapy, it is completely normal to feel unsure about taking the first step, though some people feel comfortable right away. Even a short conversation can help you feel a little clearer and give you a gentle sense of whether this might be a place where you feel understood and supported.
I offer a free 20 minute online or telephone consultation so we can talk about what brings you to therapy, what you might need, and get a sense of how it feels to work together before making any commitment. If you feel ready, why not use the link at the top of the page to send an email now to set this up.
